How can I tell if a friend wants to be ‘more than friends’, I'm a dummy, I Please Help Me!!?

First off, we’ve been friends for about ten years. Then one day, just recently, she tells me she’s going to give me “her special” hand and foot mage. Nothing ual (although it WAS very sensual). She calls me daily, along with another friend or two. She invites me to spend time with her alone. Still, I can’t tell if we’re just friends or if she wants something more? The mage really made me think. Like I said, we’ve been friends for a while, but I find her on my mind all the time! I’m constantly checking my cell for messages and such. How can I tell if she actually wants more than a friendship without endangering the friendship and looking like a fool? Throughout my life I’ve been very fortunate as far as hitting on girls go, I’ve never really had to, and when I have I knew for sure that they were interested to begin with. So people, I’m in the dark and terrified about this one. What do I do?
