Is sinus totally curable with medicine or do i require surgery?

Hi i got this sinus, i already have a SN hearing loss (pretty bad one) and wear hearing aids. i ve been having this blocked ears and i thought its because of my hearing troule. but as time flew by i had this right nostril abd didnt care abt much. like its been a yr or so since i had this nose and ear block. recently developed some pains in the right part of my face and cheked with doc, she says i ve got sinus which is primary stage and prescribed medicine. I ve got some hearing problem recently too. is sinus ttoally curable on medicine? or shud i go for surgery? if it all its cured will i get back my hearing which i lost due to sinus? pls help.
