I'm no nutritional expert so don't pay this too much mind over the other answers, but it all looks go to me except for the probiotics. They actually make you digest at a different speed ( I've taken them before ) and they really messed up my stomach after like 2 or 3 days... After I ate for awhile I had to go to the bathroom immediately (like before I could even finish my meal) Best of luck to you though! I hope you reach your goal! =)
