Need help on how to loose fat weight?
Im 16, 6',3" weighing about 220. I have a bit of fat on my belly and my sides. I was wondering what would be the best way to rid of that. Its not much just about an inch or two. I go to football workouts 3 times a week. I dont want to run on the other 4 days because my legs will be shot if we have to run around the track, sprints, or pull sleds. i mainly just want to know what i could eat at school, for the past 2 weeks ive been eating tuna at school with carrots, graps and celery and anything else i could do extra to loose weight. I also need to keep my weight maxes up too.
