So if Bruce Lee is the best martial artist of all time then who is the 2nd?

A lot of people say that Chuck Norris is the 2nd best of all time on youtube. Even martial art experts say that Chuck Norris is second to bruce! Ok I am not even a black belt but I don't think Chuck is the second best. If he was then he would have never lost a fight unless it was bruce and i watched him fight a few times on youtube and let me say this, he looks like your average expert. I thought he would be fast and somewhat godly but i have seen better in those old chinese martial artist videos. Ok if Chuck Norris isn't on the same level as other great martial artist then how is he so popular and people worship him like Jesus?
