Can I Be considered an Orphan by the state of PA?

since i was little my parents had joint custody of me. i would go to my dads every other weekend and all summer and the rest of the time id be at my moms all winter and such. my mom kicked me out 2 years ago in may and forced me to move to my dads. then just 3 weeks ago my dad kicked me out and i had to move in with my grandma. Shes not my legal guardian and my parents did no paper work or court stuff they just made me move. im not 18 yet. is that illegal and can i be considered an orphan? ive heard u get a lot of money for college...which im startin in the fall but my granma and i dont have much money. thanks!
