Wouldn't you say WWE screwed themselves over with they're lack of talent?

From Mr. Kennedy to MVP, Christian and Kaval not to mention a huge list of talent WWE purposly screwed over for the benefit of nothing but to make themselves suffer more. Jericho said it himself, WWE should have started pushing people a long time ago, then they wouldn't have worry about the epidemic they're having now. They have been riding on wrestlers with name value only for too long. Now that the well is getting dry, and all their top talent is leaving they are forced to make changes that should have been made 3yrs back. It seems some of the things they've done is coming around to bite them. With the biz hurting like it is, who honestly has the time to be picky and choosy?
