Pain after appendix removal?

After my appendix was removed few years ago and until now, I'm having abdominal pain, particularly on the upper abdomen. I also became acidic, and burp more than usual. Sometimes constipated and sometimes soft stool. Is this the effect appendix removal? My ultrasound for gall blader is fine. How to cure this? Thanks in advance.
