(: My 15th birthday (it's on Halloween)...spa treatments?

My 15th birthday is on Halloween, and for my party / part of my present I wanted to go to like a day spa with my 2 best friends. But well, we're a little short on money and spas are fairly expensive. I was previously told that I would definitely go if it was just me and one friend, but I can't choose between them bc they're both my best friend. Are there any packages in upstate south carolina that are pretty cheap so that we all 3 could go? I'd really like a facial and mage of some sort and at least a pedicure, I don't really care so much about a manicure bc I bite my nails. so, anybody know of any places that'd be a good choice? all answers are appreciated.
