Is it impossible for me to get an interview with Kid Cudi?

I don't know how to contact famous people, but recently at a school concert Lupe Fiasco let me spend 10 minutes interviewing him, it was really pro-founded and it have me hope (sort of). the thing is I really want to interview kid cudi for this article I'm writing on musicians people should pay attention to, and he'd be a perfect person to talk to in my eyes (I really don't want answers referring to negativity or other artists) so does anyone have any pointers on how/if I can get this done?
