I'd start working on your friendship with her. Call her when you think she isn't busy and tell her you were wondering how she's doing. (Which I'm sure you are.) When the program starts again, hang out with her. If she mentions that she's not very good at a certain subject, (and you happen to be doing well in it) offer to tutor her. Towards the end of the program, if you still like her, ask her out on a casual date. If she hem's and hah's about it, tell her it doesn't have to be a date if she doesn't want it to be.
