I'm having a problem with my Yahoo Messenger.?

I had to reinstall Yahoo Messenger. It doesn't have the same sounds as it did before. I don't have the knock when someone comes online and I don't have the chimes when someone IMs me. I've gone under Preferences but the choices for those sounds are not there. How do I get them back?
