I cannot see my delete on after I go to my Yahoo mails inbox?

Ever time I log into my yahoo mail and click on my inbox, for a brief moment I can see all of my ons such as delete, new, send, but then the window seems to consolidate a bit and the delete on is no longer visible. I want to clear out some junk email in my inbox but I cannot figure out how to regain my delete on. Frustrating... Ugh!!!
