Does this woman like me?

At work, I saw this woman and she know I liked her as my body language leaked. I would look at her and she would appear nervous, stroking the back of her head and adjusting her jumper. But wouldn't return the gaze. Throughout the day, I would see her looking at me, but when I responded, she looked away quickly. During the lunch hour, we were forced to sit in close proximity, but she leant towards me to show me text messages others had sent her = which were a little rude. lol. In the afternoon, I subtly put across that she was a nice person, but there after she blushed and looked down. Was she embared and not interested, or flirting. We were confined by the work environment.
