Can you get pregnancy symptoms a few days after conceiving or am i going mental? help please?

hi all, i feel a little crazy asking this and sorry if i am wasting your time. I am 4 days after my ovulation and i am ttc. i am not due my period until 5/7/11 so obviously its too early to take a test? but last couple of days i have felt so different in myself and i dont know why, i have some slight cramping/twinges and felt so sick. i went out last night for a few drinks and then early hours of this morning i woke to be sick, yes i thought it was the alcohol, but it wasnt, it was different, i dont really want to go into detail but i know the difference and weird as it sounds ive never been sick like this before. i am a mum to one and never had sickness with my last pregnancy 3 years ago. this morning my feel a little different not too sore but like a tingly feeling but they are not bigger. do you think that i could feel signs this early or am i just telling my self i could be because i want to be? i just feel so different its strange. thanks for all your help in advance and i just hope someone can help because i feel so stupid x
