Can someone explain the result expectancy of Brevoxyl?

I have been using Brevoxyl4 creamy Wash for a few years and love it. It's been keeping my acne under control. My dermatologist told me to leave the lather on my face and body for 20 seconds before rinsing off. Once I did that the results were great. Of everything I have used this one makes me feel the cleanest. Good luck.
