What should I bring on a dirt bike/ATV trail ride with my cousin?

Me and my cousin are going on an all day ride around. He is taking his ATV and I am riding my dirt bike. We are thinking about some med kits just in case but there is more. I just don't know what. Oh, and we are riding in the woods, a field and rocky terrain.
